The Rockingham Burial Ground
Rockingham is home to one of the earliest burial grounds in Vermont: its exquisitely-carved headstones date back to the 1770s, and a team of dedicated carvers who left their mark on the slate stones. Vermont Historical Society Executive Director Steve Perkins and ABC 22 & Fox 44 Anchor Mike Hoey visit the cemetery and chat with historian David Deacon to learn about the history behind the burial ground.
