Over the next five years all of these items will be digitally documented and placed in this catalog for public use. Items are presented in topical exhibits as well as categorical groupings. Description
Wood and rawhide snowshoes. The snowshoes have a bent wood frame in a teardrop shape with two crossbars across the wide portion. The center of the wide portion, between the crossbars, is woven with strips of rawhide. There is a purposeful woven hole at the center front.
